By confirming a booking, the guest accepts the following rules:

Medical Clearance: A standard PADI Medical Statement is required. Any pre-existing medical conditions (like heart conditions or asthma) require a fit-to-dive clearance from a physician before you can participate. .
Dive Insurance: Active dive accident insurance (e.g., DAN) is highly recommended or strictly required for certain depths and liveaboard trips.
Certification Requirements: While Open Water divers can enjoy the reefs, centers frequently require or recommend an Advanced Open Water certification to explore deeper channels and current-heavy sites.
Local Regulations: All guests must follow the Maldivian environmental law, which strictly prohibits touching marine life, touching the coral, or taking any shells/artifacts from the sea. [1]

Resort Taxes: Be aware that Maldives resort operations include standard additional taxes, typically a 10% service charge and 17% TGST on top of listed rates.
Cancellation Policies: Course and excursion cancellations made at the center within 24–48 hours of the scheduled activity are typically subject to 100% cancellation fees.
Weather Policy: In cases of unsafe diving conditions (strong currents, poor visibility), the center reserves the right to cancel or alter dive sites for your safety without penalty.
